Our Story

MAS Country has been in the accommodation management business since 2012. We started out providing large-scale workforce accommodation for resource mining clients in the Surat Basin, making a name for ourselves in the industry.

A few years down the road, we identified a real need for management help in regional Australia’s hotel and motel industry. We decided to put our skills to use by helping motel and hotel owners in the bush build up their businesses.

Behind MAS Country is a true desire to help enrich and sustain the local hotels and motels of Australia’s regional towns. We believe both regional economies and tourism benefit when small accommodation providers thrive. Led by founder and managing director James Donnelly, our team has over 40 years of combined experience in the industry.
